Terms and Conditions
In registering for the 2025 ‘Implementation Leadership’ program (the Activity), the registering party and attendees (the Participant) agree to the terms and conditions set out below by Implement.ED and Evidence InformED (the Providers).
The Providers note:
- confirmation of enrollment will occur once payment has been received.
- the Providers will treat as confidential all information (regardless of its form) not in the public domain that is disclosed by or on behalf of the Participants that relates to a school’s data or internal planning as being confidential or which ought to in good faith reasonably be understood as confidential (Confidential Information). The Providers will only use and reproduce the Confidential Information in connection with this project (such as a case study) and with the written permission of the Participant.
- the Providers will each continue to own their intellectual property that already exists at the commencement of the project or is brought into existence other than as a result of the project. Nothing in this Agreement assigns or transfers the pre-existing intellectual property of the Providers to the Participant.
- in the event of cancellation of the Activity by the providers within 30 days of the event, the full cost will be refunded to the Participant.
- in the event that the Providers are unable to deliver the services outlined in this Agreement due to factors outside of their control (including Covid, natural disasters and others), the Providers will make full efforts to provide a replacement, virtual service. In the instance that this is not possible, the fees associated with the Activity will be waived.
- in the event of withdrawal of attendees, the Participant may replace each with an alternate member of staff. Full withdrawal of a school team after registration is confirmed will lead to a forfeit of fees and no refund will be provided.
